Riesengroße und klitzekleine Krisen, Sorgen und Zweifel gehören zum Mamasein dazu wie Babys erster Zahn, schlaflose Nächte und gemeine Kita-Killerviren. Letztere sind gerade bei uns zu Hause in Form eines Magen-Darm-Infekts zu Gast. Den hat mein Sohn aus dem Kindergarten mitgebracht und ich hoffe inständig, dass wir uns nicht anstecken. Die Stimmung ist bei uns also etwas gedrückt. Was mir in solchen Situationen am besten hilft, ist mich den schönen, positiven Dingen des Lebens zuzuwenden. Insofern das vor lauter Eimer halten und Sprints auf die Toilette geht … Ich habe dir (und mir) hier deshalb eine Sammlung von Zitaten zusammengestellt, die das Muttersein aus Yogi-Sicht in einen größeren, erhebenden Kontext stellen. Genaugenommen handelt es sich nicht immer um lupenreine Yogis, aber jede Message hat für mich das gewisse Om!
